Included in the price

You are welcome to use our private pool. But remember: We  are sporty and like the water cool! We ask you to bring your own bathing towels to use the pool.

  • Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen (change after 4 days for longer stays)

Breakfast: Our “Frühstückskistl” breakfast box (€30.00, for 2 people) is not included in the price (LINK on the breakfast page)

Bread roll service (Order before 17:00 on the day before)

Use of the washing machine and dryer (€5.00/washing or drying cycle)

Südtirol GuestPass:

As our guests, you will of course receive the guest card for the South Tyrolean holiday region. 

The GuestPass mobilcard is a ticket for all public transport in the “südtirolmobil” local service”. Also, cable cars to and from Renon/Ritten, Colle/Kohlern, Meltina/Mölten, Verano/Vöran and Maranza/Meransen, the Renon/Ritten light railway and Mendola/Mendel funicular.

Price information
  • The prices shown are per day and apartment for 2 people
  • A minimum stay of 4 days
  • For each additional person we charge a surcharge of €30.00 per night
  • The price does not include the local tax of €1.50, which is calculated per day and person (from the age of 14) and collected on site.
Booking information

The reservation is validated by a confirmation email from us. In order to secure the reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit per apartment of €200.00 (for the “Porphyr” and “Kreuth” apartments) or €300.00 (for the “Nova Domus” and “Quarz” apart-suites).

Cancellation conditions

There are no cancellation fees for cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival. We only retain the deposit paid as compensation for the bureaucratic work involved. Cancellations at a later date, late arrival, early departure or no-show will be charged as follows

  • 89 – 30 days before arrival – 40% of the total amount booked
  • 29 – 7 days before the start of the holiday – 70% of the total amount booked
  • Cancellation within the last week before arrival – 90% of the total amount booked
  • In the event of early departure, late arrival or “no show”, the entire booked amount will be charged

Cancellation, for whatever reason, is never a nice thing. That is why we advise you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Payment methods

We ask you to pay your bill in cash, by bank transfer or PayPal. We ask for your understanding that we do not accept credit or debit cards.

General information
Check-in / Check-out

On the day of arrival the apartments are ready to move in from 15:00. If you will arrive after 19:00, we request that you let us know by telephone. Check out is at 10:00.



Our apartments, like the rest of the house, are non-smoking apartments. Smoking is only permitted outside.
